The Exchange Traded Product Days (ETPDs)
are conducted on a rotational basis and have the goal of offering professional
investors a platform for gaining the latest information on product
innovations and investment themes. In addition, the events are aimed
at fostering a personal dialogue between investors and product providers.
The focus of the ETPD events is on listed products such as exchange
traded funds (ETFs) and structured products.
At each of the events, selected representatives of the financial industry
give lectures on product innovations, investment strategies and the
latest investment themes with the purpose of providing attendees with
first-hand market information. In the process, great value is attached
to highlighting the opportunities and risks involved in a variety of
products.
ETPDs were organized for the first time in 2008 by SIX Swiss Exchange
in conjunction with Scoach Switzerland Ltd., the derivatives exchange
that specializes in the trading of structured products and warrants.

After the successful events in Geneva and Zurich this March, SIX Swiss Exchange
and Scoach will be organizing additional events this coming fall on the upcoming dates:
16 September 2010 – Lugano
23 September 2010 – Geneva
